'Lead Kindly Light' - Hymn #97

This past Monday, we traveled to Idaho for Grandma Hough's
funeral in McCammon.
Funerals are bittersweet.
The older I get, the more I appreciate the opportunity funerals provide
for reflection and renewal.

Grandma's services were beautiful.
Pink was her signature color and her flowers were exquisite.
She would have loved them.

Me and my dad, now an orphan.

My brothers, Brad and Jeff, my sister Wendy, me and Dad.

'And with the morn, those angel faces smile,
Which I have loved long since, and lost awhile.'
